該技(ji)(ji)術突破(po)傳(chuan)統低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)之電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)法,而采用(yong)(yong)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)高(gao)壓脈(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)絮凝(ning)法一HVES,是利用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)(hua)學原理,借助外加高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓作用(yong)(yong)產生電(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)(hua)學反(fan)應(ying),把電(dian)(dian)(dian)能轉化(hua)(hua)為(wei)化(hua)(hua)學能,在特(te)定的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)絮凝(ning)設備流(liu)程(cheng)中,對(dui)廢(fei)水(shui)中的(de)有機(ji)(ji)或無機(ji)(ji)污(wu)染物(wu)(wu)質進(jin)行氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)及還原反(fan)應(ying),進(jin)而凝(ning)聚、氣浮(fu)將污(wu)染物(wu)(wu)從水(shui)體(ti)中分離,可(ke)以(yi)有效(xiao)地去除廢(fei)水(shui)中的(de)Cr6+、Zn2+、Ni2+、Cu2+、Cd2+等重金屬、CN-、油、磷(lin)酸鹽以(yi)及COD、SS與色度等各種有害污(wu)染物(wu)(wu)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)絮凝(ning)處理技(ji)(ji)術在其廢(fei)水(shui)在處理過程(cheng)中。一般(ban)可(ke)產生四種效(xiao)應(ying)。即電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)還原、電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)絮凝(ning)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)氣浮(fu)。
